This is the "river" that runs near the apartment. It was solid ice on top, but I don't think it was solid through and through. Come January, it will be solid and I imagine the Snellings will venture out upon it - at least this one will. This "river" doesn't look like much now, but during the monsoon season, it really fills up.It has gotten colder, but it has not been too bad if the wind is not blowing. We are in the midst of a mini cold snap so our temps are ranging between 2 - 28 degrees. From what I have been told, it ain't cold yet.

Watch out for your HIPS on the snowy, icy, sleding thing. If I recall, the last time you were sledding, the bruise lasted for weeks.
